INTRODUCTION
It is the duty of every employer to prepare and as often as may be appropriate revise a written statement of policy with respect to the Safety, Health and Environment protection of his employees and clients.
In line with our corporate HSE commitment, the HSE objectives in our operations are to pursue the goal of no harm to people and protect the environment.
HEALTH
It is the policy of Gunvor Oil and Gas Limited is to provide a healthy workforce by providing a workplace, which protects the health of its employees, client, and surrounding community.
The aim of this policy is to provide awareness through preventive programs, education, encouraging voluntary participation and personal responsibility.
This is considered important to guarantee the corporate investment and quality product / services to customers.
SAFETY
Gunvor Oil and Gas Limited believes that a safer job is more efficient and less costly. It is the policy of the company to ensure that jobs are carried out in a safe way.
This is done by promoting safety awareness, providing safe environment and preventing all accidents that might arise through the company’s activities.
Staffs are given Safety training programs, safety awareness courses and drills, and are expected to constantly be at alert when working within both Gunvor Oil and Gas Limited and clients’ premises.
